Jubilant (MA graduation day)

That jubilant face I wore so
Depended on the cross I wore so
Praise to the God who has me so
I could hear the stones praise him so

I heard his whisper like a breeze
Calming my fears that threatens me
I was jubilant, did not freeze
My fears were taken off from me

I sat in awe and solemn praise
What God is this that can move mountains?
I sat in awe and solemn praise
O in God's face, fled the mountains

I rose to walk in jubilee
O What God would cause me to leap?
Head rose high, heart praise silently
O  What God would cause me to leap?

As I grasp the fleeting bamboo
My hands loosen its grip
I let go of the fleeting bamboo
As my hand grasp the hand of God

All glory and praise goes to him
Might and power belongs to him

About this poem

The day I graduated was very special because I had to go through a lot of challenges before I received my degree. And I want to thank God, Almighty for his hand in the struggles that I go through to achieve this earthly degree. If it wasn't for God's help and intervention, I wouldn't have achieved this milestone. I give him all the glory and praise him with all my heart.
