Failed Destiny Swap

As it desperately demands for my body, mind and soul, they steal all material things and all shit thinking its all about the gold.

The truth is there are not cut out to have a mind like mine, so they hate the authenticity, and realness of my trials.

They lie to cops, and tell lots of rumours just so they can try and destiny swap.

A man wants to sleep and the girl wants beef. So she and him (they) create an issue so he can still be a freak in the sheets.
With the same soul who he had cheats.

I hate you they say, its not my business to this day. I live my life the way I want, and they still remain the same.

About this poem

About a jealous being, who desperately wants to take over a vessel at any cost.

Shanique L Marshall

I have been writing poems, music, and in the process of writing a book for many years. I learned to incorporate different styles of writing, and combined them into one. Some of my writings will either be about my passion, my everyday festivities, food, to even devices. I find that writing has given me a sense of release with my emotions, or the experiences I have encountered over the years of my life. I hope you can enjoy my work, and maybe find some kind of relation to it, so you can feel what I felt. more…
