Self intro

I think it’s time to be alone, although I can’t always stand the silence
But maybe in this mindful meditation
is where I’ll grow and find the guidance

In certain people I can feel home, just by feeling their warm, inviting presence
But then it overwhelms and hits me like a wave
To keep my head up I need balance

Have to focus in and clearly zone, there’s        no time for glib distraction
Channel positive, enlightening thoughts
Put my imagination in to action
