When That Tock Slows

When that tock begins to slow,
The ticking of a clock.
We all will know,
God is approaching near...
A door to once be closed to open wide,
Eyes to see...
That stage of life to invite,
Another phase to experience and explore...
What God has in store to offer even more,
Mysterious excitement.

Never before to witness.
Never before to have its existence validated.
Or prepare for what is there to share.
With anyone else here.
To hear or see to leave behind to find.
For ourselves alone.
When that tock begins to slow.
To eventually stop.
What we knew to be convinced was true here.
To introduce something else,
Completely different and new to adventure!
When that clock to watch time goes,
To another place forever eternally timeless.
