revolving door battle

mad hippie poet 1974 (new jersey)

I am sitting here once again, my only true friend. I  feel like I did before when I said I had enough. I can not take any more of these feelings. I'm closing the door. I'm trying to put that fake smile on my face looking for the ship to sail me out of this place.

This revolving door keeps spinning around, making me so off-balanced that I can not keep my feet steady. I feel like I am going to vomit, but you would like that see what I ate for lunch because you are a nosy son of a bitch, always all up in my shit.

I just one to put a broom handle inside of this revolving door; it is worse than an elevator in a Sears store. Maybe that is why they went bankrupt, but I don't need any goddamn money because I got a soul.

This revolving door of theirs needs to stop spinning around because I got bills that need to be paid and a life that I own that I need to live, but this fucking revolving door is standing in my way laughing as I hear it say you can always check in but never check out we own you now
