Not One To Negotiate

The only thing I can say,
About myself to remain and stay this way.
Is a being of me.
To become a better human being.
Not to brag or boast.
But...
Aging to be real and honest.

Growing up to adjust and admit mistakes.
To correct them made.
Is a process that continues.
As a life I live to learn something each day.
And that I can say about myself to stay me.

My destination is without compromise.
Or time wasted negotiating,
My life to live to experience this fact.
Has been long on a path,
With distractions to tease temptations...
Attractive.
Them I know to return back to my path.
To pray to God is satisfied.
With the me I am to be.

And after all is said and done,
God is the only one to judge my activities.
This has nothing to do with religion.
This is more about a spiritual awakening,
Shown and known a better me to be...
Has no other alternative.
These cards I've been dealt,
God is the dealer to win everything!
Needing me not to question.
But to perform at my best.
Knowing God is the best at this game played!

'Excuse me.
Are you saying God is a game player?
I object to your assessment.'

'Hey...
Have you ever played Russian Roulette?'

'No.
And neither do I intend to jeopardize my life,
Saying or doing stupid stuff.'

'Neither do I.
That's why I feel blessed,
God chose this game with me to play.
Instead of weapons to believe myself,
Among the Immortal untouchable chosen!
Call me what you will.
But so far, God knows me not to be stupid.
Or foolish enough,
To take what God has given for granted.'

'Oh. Yeah?
And what is that suppose to mean?'

'The sky is blue.
The Earth is round.
And trees are here,
To allow humanity to breathe.
None of which,
Had been man or woman created to make.'
