Burnt out

Another day, another heartache
Why can't I just make it through one day without feeling all this pain?
I really don't think I'm that bad of a person
But maybe just maybe I don't see what everyone else sees
Maybe I am just a body taking up space
I mean what's the point of even living another day?
I'm trying to be strong and make it through these days
Going home to sleep just to escape this pain
Cutting myself throughout the day just to get relief
Something is really wrong with me
You won't see a tear fall from my eyes
I will force this smile til the day I die
No one knows how I feel inside
But everyone adds to my disguise
Picking and poking and all the lies
I just want to run and hide.
I'm so sick of living this fake ass life
I'm burnt out just trying to survive.
