Needing Chaos

Made crazed.
With a needing to keep,
The feasting of chaos in their lives.
To validate an appreciation,
For historically continuing on...
Barbaric tributes to the memories,
Of their fossilized ancestors.
Buried and uncovered by archeologists...
Amazed to discover mentalities from the past.
Grasping tightly to hold onto,
Ancient weapons used...
By the same minds restricted.
And limited in consciousness.

With a remaining,
These days noticeably unchanged.
And determined to maintain,
A mindset permanently cemented...
In beliefs kept,
To perceive whatever it is fictioned to delude...
Represents a greatness they have created.
With a loyalty devoted to ruin humanity.
As if...
This accomplishment of a mission completed,
Has met the approval...
Of dead folks buried in Graves made thrilled!

'Excuse us.
Sorry to interrupt,
Your thought process.
But...
Is it possible you can direct us to where,
Chaos, conflict...
Division, fraud and corruption is conducted?
We have come to agree,
More of this confusion is needed in our lives.'

'Sure.
No problem at all.
At that red light you see ahead,
Take a right for about two miles.
And you will find stone throwers.
Backstabbing.
Liars skilled in deception.
With decadence sold at the lowest,
Of gutter bargain basement prices.'

'No Way.
Are you kidding?'

'I kid you not.
And...
Alcohol, drugs and any hypnotizing,
Fiction you have dreamt to delude is free.'

'For real?'

'Trust me.
You will soon be at the right place,
That will keep your mind mentally addicted.
And away from reality of the truth.
To never remember what it was.'

'How do you know this?'

'I have been censored.
Expelled from making unannounced visits.'

'That's funny.'

'Laugh now.
Or locate a place discreet.
Where your humor and peace is kept secret.
Whatever is going on,
Everyday is getting more crazy.'

'It can't be that bad.'

'I didn't say it was bad.
Afterall,
I still get a referral fee.
I sure do.
For my ability to hype up the place.
With a mix of mystery and wonder.
And...
Believe it or not,
Check this out.
For whatever the reason,
This has left people more anxious and curious.
To experience that place too.
I have only observed a few,
Who I saw to see abandoned their cars.
Running to scream away from that road.
As if their behinds were on fire.
Looking as if they were in ecstasy.
Naked and stripped to their birthday suits.'

'No.
You're lieing.'

'Time will tell, won't it?
The last time I sat in a jail cell...
Was for telling the truth.'

'That's a contradiction, isn't it?

'Of course it is.
That's why I have learned to mix what I say,
With mystery and a bit of wonder.'

So thought provoking. I love the "chaos" of this poem and the line "Barbaric tributes to the memories,
Of their fossilized ancestors." Great work!
