Just a Housewife…

Yes you are right I have to do nothing,
At least that keeps you busy in something,
Thinking all day what I might be doing,
Your fruitful day ends with lots of cribbing.

I spend my time in the swing u made,
Work gets completed without being delayed,
Scrutiny is something you enjoy at all rate,
Judging me as if you are decider of my fate..

O’ I love to flaunt the money you give,
What a wonderful life I get to live,
Having no aim and nothing to achieve,
I should be happy with what I receive..

Your house is a disaster without me in there,
While you enjoy your life without any fear,
Children are adept as they are yours,
There’s no hand of me in their everyday chores….

You’re still in dilemma of  acknowledging my time,
To lead a wonderful life that resonates and rhyme,
Oh’, “what good I am”, please don't chime,
I am your better half, in all your crime…

Respect me for what I keep doing,
Every second and every minute
I keep cooing,
To uplift my mood and set all for good,
Thats been my motto, next to you since i stood…
