Waves Of Change

She walks with a shyness that belies

the storm raging within her chest,

a heart that beats wild with anxiety,

breath shallow and eyes darting restlessly.

She is a woman who loves deeply,

whose heart overflows with tenderness

and longing for connection.

Yet the fear of change holds her back,

the thought of the unknown paralyzes her.

She knows that life is a series of transitions,

that nothing remains the same for long.

And so she tries to brace herself,

to ward off the inevitable waves of change.

But the energy she puts into resistance

is sometimes more exhausting than the change itself.

It's as though she's trying to hold on too tight,

to keep everything in a perfect little box.

And yet, despite her best efforts,

change always finds a way.

It seeps into her life like a fog,

slowly enveloping everything she knows.

It's as though the universe is playing a game of chess,

moving pieces around with an unpredictable hand.

And all the while, she's left feeling

like the game is being played against her.

But she clings to the belief that acceptance

is the key to finding happiness and fulfillment.

She knows that her interpretations shape her reality,

and so she works to shift her perceptions,

to see the beauty in the chaos of change.

For even though it can be terrifying,

change is also the gateway to growth and transformation.

And so, as she walks through life with her tender heart

and her anxious soul, she tries to embrace the changes,

to let them carry her forward into the unknown,

trusting that the universe will lead her right where she needs to be.
