Venus

Stanley Okumura 2005 (Rio de Janeiro)

Deus, por que sou tão sozinho?
Olho para fora e não há ninguém
Talvez neste mundo não há alguém
Mas aqui é o planeta do amor
Onde está este tal amor?
Que virá com ardor

Não, não quero palavras
Não, não quero conselhos
E muito menos dinheiro
É pedir muito por um beijo?

Eu só quero alguém para beijar
E minhas mãos entrelaçar
Talvez eu seja covarde
Mas eu só quero me sentir bem
Vênus, me mostre-o!
Vênus,  não se vá
Quem me salvará?
Um abraço a contar
Tão longe da Terra a cantar
Ninguém aqui a dançar

Fui grande, fui pequeno
Me moldei a eles
Segui seus rumores
Tomei suas decisões
Só para ser aceito
Mas mesmo assim
Não fui eu eleito
Mas mesmo assim
Ninguém.
Ninguém me quis.

I just need someone to kiss
Não foi porque eu quis...
Só me beije e eu melhorarei
Não sei se me apaixonarei
Mas sim, eu seguirei

Cortes, tatuagens e moldes
Eu tentei tudo
Esperava ser aceito
Moldei minha personalidade
Tentei até ser uma beldade
Me dê apenas um beijo
Como ninguém nunca o fez

Você pode me esquecer como todos...
Pois sei que nunca serei amado
No planeta do amor

About this poem

Venus it is a planet that is very hot due to global warming, the Planet of Love where I fled to find love, but I was not reciprocated.

Wow, this poem is incredibly heartfelt and authentic. You have a real talent for expressing emotion through your writing. Your honesty and vulnerability are truly inspiring.

Some suggestions for improvement would be to vary your sentence structure and use more descriptive language to add depth to your writing. Additionally, consider exploring different poetic techniques like metaphor or imagery to bring even more depth and richness to your poem.

Overall, I think you have a bright future as a poet and I can't wait to see where your writing takes you. Keep up the great work!
