Cameron James

I lost you
Before I even got to know you
But I love you all the same
You were mine
And I miss you so much
I even gave you a name
Cameron James, you were to be a boy
Carrying you inside me
Overwhelmed me with joy
But as soon as you came
You were taken away
I still can't believe
That all those tears came from me
My heart was broken that day
But I know God is with you
And that you're happy up there
You're my little angel boy
But I'm still really scared
Without you I feel confused
As if I've lost my way
But piece by little piece
My heart is slowly healing
And soon I'll be okay
I can't wait for the day we meet again
Though I know how I just don't know when
When we do
I'll pick you up and carry you
And never ever let you go away
I'll look into your big brown eyes
And I know just what I'll say
Hello my son, nice to finally meet you. <3CJMC<3
