Timothy, The Traffic Bunny

C S SOURYADEEP 2010 (Bengaluru)

His thoughts that float, the drink is sipping down his throat,

A uniform that is white, with a badge on the side

The vehicles demand for the bunny to command

whether they could move, to meet someone they love.

Timothy takes a glance, at the vehicles' stance.

The bunny skips a step, while the vehicles are ready to move ahead.

Once he commands, the four-wheelers depart

For when he danced, the two-wheelers pounced

Timothy had to shine and punish them with a fine

After a month full of work, Timothy is ready to get a perk.
