Dictators always fear their victims. For who would be strong enough to risk their life.  A dictator is person who tries to enslave others to their desires. But are blind to wrong they do others they enact laws that are illegal only to enflame those who are tryrants prey. A man whrbago grovels at another putting a false face  to survive their coming and decieve a lair dictator who dose not understand true law or truth is it understand how a president can inflame a crowd to have him torn down and treated like garbage. Dictators fear their victims
