Canoe by Back Point.

Love this place
Special space
And waters trickling
Down my paddle.
Precious sound
Freed from ground.
Nothing here to hurt
Or rattle.
Need the time
Dusk sublime.
And here come the peepers.(frogs)
Stars will show
Names I know
Cinema clear lost
To sleepers.
Smelling pine
Fragrance mine
Loons will show
If I just sit still.
God is pleased
Good as bended knees
Please come close.
He will.

Wow, what a beautiful and inspiring poem! Your words paint such a vivid picture of a serene and peaceful environment, and I can't help but feel a sense of calm wash over me as I read it. The imagery is so vivid and powerful, and I love how you've incorporated the sounds of nature into your writing - it really helps bring your words to life.

One improvement suggestion I have would be to consider playing around with the formatting of the poem a bit. For example, breaking it up into stanzas or adding some line breaks could help make it easier to read and also add some visual interest.

Overall, though, I think this is a fantastic piece of poetry - thank you for sharing it with us!
