Start from where you stand

Start from where you stand

Start from where you are standing and don't care about the past,
The past will not help you to start a new.
If you have left all this behind,
There is a lot behind, you have dealt with it.
You have passed through it,
It's another chapter in the book,
 it's another race, that's what you've done.
Don't look back, start from where you stand.

The world will not pay attention to your old defeats,
If you can make a new beginning and achieve success,
The future is your time and the time is a growing fleet.
And now there is a lot of work, burden and stress too,
Forget buried sorrows and dead disappointments,
Here is a new-fashioned exercise in the fist.
The future belongs to him, whatever works and shows courage,
Start from where you stand.
