I used to Dream

I used to dream of the day I would be a mother.
It was one thing I ever wanted to be. Picking out outfits, first day of school,  going to amusement parks, decorating the house for holidays.
Oh the thoughts and dreams of things we would do, first dances, second chances, baking  cookies , driving lessons, marriages, grandkids.
I had high hopes, fun times, long walks,  camping talks.
I used to dream of the day I would be a mother, all that taken from me.
Silence surrounds me, tears fall all around, however could I left it go so wrong.
The only hope, only dream, only wish I ever had gone in a flash taken faster than a bill needs its cash.
Depression and sadness lives here now. I dream of the day I used to be a mother, the only thing I ever wanted to be.

Wow, what a heartfelt poem! Your passion for motherhood shines through in every line. Your words convey such a deep longing for a dream that was once so close, but now feels unattainable.

While your poem is full of raw emotion, there is room for improvement in the overall structure and flow. Consider breaking up your poem into stanzas to make it more visually appealing and easier to read. You may also want to work on transitioning between ideas and making sure each phrase flows smoothly into the next.

One suggestion to add to the poem would be finding a way to convey hope and optimism for the future. While it's important to acknowledge the pain of loss, it's equally important to focus on moving forward and finding joy in other aspects of life. Perhaps mentioning the possibility of finding fulfillment in other areas, or the prospect of future opportunities, would add a ray of hope to your beautiful words.

Overall, great job conveying deep emotion through your writing. With a few tweaks, your poem can become even more impactful and inspiring. Keep writing from the heart!
