Haunting Hunger Hurts

Harrowing hardship, helplessness,
hard pressed handyman,
hellish hand-to-mouth,
half-hearted, hapless,
hankering hotcakes,
hastily heading to
hospitable house of
of worship.

Haunting hunger hurts,
he, head in hands
hailing Him heartily.
He has hot coffee,
hot plate hash browns,
hotcakes too!
How humanity huddles
harmoniously in
humility and hope. ~
