I knocked into her life one morning.
And exited in mourning.
Who she was I understood.
Who she is I will never know.
She was
Beautiful
Helpful
Truthful.
She never resisted speaking her mind.
Until she could never mind
Maybe I lost my mind
But now I could not figure her
She is
Confusing
Blaming
Uncaring
Not the dreaded pretty thing three years ago
Not the hardworking student a year ago
Nor the ambitious honors scholar of late
She is now simply GUSHU
