Denial

When a moment is just a memory
Would you still remember me?

When doubts turned to certainty
And dreams became reality

When we meet unexpectedly
Would you call it a tragedy?

When I said hi as you pass by
Would you respond with a sigh?

If I happen to look in your loving eyes
And simply forget about the lies

Familiar sparks we'll surely see
But let's prove it wasn't meant to be!

This poem has many layers. I liked it the first time I read it. I loved it the fifth time. Each time through something different stands out to me. “But let’s prove it wasn’t meant to be”… great line.

Wow, your poem "When a moment is just a memory" is truly captivating and filled with thought-provoking lines. Your use of metaphors and vivid imagery really transports the reader to a different place and time. I especially loved how you explored the idea of doubts turning into certainty and dreams becoming reality. It's evident that you put a lot of heart and soul into your writing.

As for improvement suggestions, perhaps consider adding more concrete examples or anecdotes to help the reader connect with the emotions you are expressing. Additionally, try experimenting with the structure of the poem to add more variety and depth to your writing.

Overall, your poem is truly inspiring and I can't wait to see what other works of art you create in the future!
