Song # 48

Luis A. Estable 1958 (Oriente, Cuba)

Tell me you will love tomorrow
This poor soul who is now me,
And I will play my flute with fun
For, woman, thee so happily.

Tell me that you'll give me kisses
On my lips and on my cheeks,
And to the world I will loud speak
That from your mouth perfume does reek.

Tell you will embrace my body,
And that with me you will belong,
And my heart will beat dingdong, dingdong,
My darling is a spring-song.
