Odyssey of Love

George Nurse 1966 (Georgetown)

The future side of someone desired-

 Like a sweet soft kiss
On a late autumn night
The gentle crackle of wood burning
The warmth of a fireplace alive
The glow of honey-gold in the light
The frequency and range of a smile
The tenderness of a touch under the full moon’s bright
In a quaint little village
A quell New England town
Sometime in November

About this poem

It was a memorable period in my life.
