Done with the lines.

I said I was done
With the verses.
An interlude now
For a rest.
Creator has many who listen.
Has many who yearn
For His best.
In nature the scenes
All provoking.
In history some character plays.
My Mother wrote poems before me.
My children wax
Brilliant some days.
This love of the language.
Keeps pulling to
Sit with my Tablet a while.
And bring forth some beauty
Arresting.
The outcome a sob or a smile.
