In Case of Emergency

Richard Groff 1957 (Pottstown, Pa.)

In case of emergency, run like the wind.
So, God will open doors and let you all in.
When the wind blows you can hear its sound.
But you don’t know where it comes from
Or where it is bound.

Such is the way of those born of the Spirit.
I’ve told you before but you don’t want to hear it.
This age is almost over; its coming to an end.
Only God knows the hearts of those
who are trying to pretend.

They are driven by power and money and greed.
If you hear this message and you still don’t take heed,
Then what can I say about the sorrow that awaits you?
You’re listening to the evil one who only loves to hate you!
