Duty and me

Sweta Kumari Ram 1998 (West Bengal)

Days passed on haven't heard a word from him, I know here I'm mean.

Worried mind but heart said don't worry he's fine, Running in his words could you please wake me up at time?

He always make me smiles,

But why the distance between us

is in miles.

He loved his uniform before me,

I can only wait to see.

Why he never shared his tears,

That is only my fears.

He is carrying thousands of

thing

Wish I could also sing.

For him his duty comes first, I have only patience and trust.

I regret every fight, Knowing he was always right.

Dealing with seperation, I need lots of preparation.

you still waiting' he texted, I will always deliver without a second wasted.

He's love for his country, never let my love down, I know it's weird, but that's how it should sound.
