Going under

I'm under water but the surface is right there I'm swimming and swimming to reach it, just the simple breath of air races thru my mind,  but the water is harsh throwing me in every direction preventing me from making it. I swim harder but the waters pulling me down further and further if I could just reach the top... but I'm fading in my depth like a tornado in the water everything's flying around me nothing to grab me out I'm stuck with one stroke at a time hoping to reach the surface I'm exhausted, iv had enough it's a simple way out to just stop fighting under the water let go and sink. But I can't I have to put up this fight keep on stroking my way Thur these harsh rapid currents, little by little I'll get closer unil I get there I can't wait too reach the top and take that first breath a breath of life no worries no struggle or pain...then I will hop on my ship and be the captain of the waters vs the waters captivating me.
