I measured my thought process
And calculated my life expectancy
Never reaching a level of wealth
And fortune
But my life has been put on display
For others amusement
Wanting to teach me a lesson
About life and power
Within a glimpse of an eye
I saw my future
Fading right before me
Every dream, everything I had longed for
Gone
An unstainable life
Of regret and depression
Many questions hanging over head
Why is this happening?
How did I get here?
Who am I?
What’s really going on?
I never self-destructed,
I lost my control of my life
And I never lost my way
Somewhere along mu journey
I was just consumed
I was suddenly on the outside
Looking into my own life
And I am impressed...
