Axolotl

They can regenerate limbs and can be different colors like pink, brown and yellow etc. They are native to lake Xochimilco, Mexico City.  As water pollution is increasing, their habitats are getting destroyed and they have no areas to reproduce.

About this poem

In my list of strangest pets, Axolotls are placed as number two. These are critically endangered because of that most people are not keeping them as pets but sometimes people have them as pets.
