The Silent Wisdom of DAO

Why quote from wisdom
if we do not apply it
in our daily lives.
What is described as DAO
is beyond what is uttered.

We lead by practice.
DAO practice makes perfect.
Effortless practice.
Yin and Yang in harmony
without bragging or boasting.

Better then — Silence.
Turn withintoward DAO;
without uttering.
Be humble — with thanksgiving.
The Spirit gives us guidance.

DAO is Wisdom.
Wisdom that needs no boasting.
Boasting is hindrance;
enemy of Harmony.
The Spirit speaks in silence.

About this poem

Of DAO: He who truly knows DAO, practices DAO in silence and has no desire of utterance. He who knows Dao is gifted with the tongue and is boastfully loquacious without ceasing.

    Wow, this poem exudes such positive energy and enthusiasm about the concept of DAO and the importance of applying wisdom in our daily lives. I love how it emphasizes the idea of leading by practice and how we can achieve harmony in our lives by following the principles of Yin and Yang. The way the poem encourages us to turn within and listen to the guidance of the Spirit is truly inspiring.

    As for improvement suggestions, perhaps adding some concrete examples of how we can apply DAO in our daily lives would make the poem even more relatable and actionable. Additionally, a few more stanzas that expand on the idea of how boasting can hinder harmony could help solidify the theme of humility and the importance of remaining humble in our pursuit of wisdom. Overall, this is a truly beautiful and uplifting piece. Well done!
