Sip Sip Sob

Torn and shredded
My heart hurts
Why was I left out and cast away?
Sworn for nothing
Useless am seen thus
Sip sip sob

Like a torn old garment am cast aside
Can my heart be sown like a silky tunic?
My heart bleeds
The agony so numbing
My lips cannot utter

Sip sip sob
I stammer like a babe
Learning to speak
All I get are murmurs so loud
Filled with mockery
Despised, deposed, desperate

I can't bare
Where is my voice now?
Hear my cry
I will continue to try
Sip sip sob

Give him to me
Yours he will be
Please remember me
Forgotten, rejected I am
Sip sip Sob

I have lost sight
The weight is too heavy
Weary, whiny wimpy I am
My womb dry like a desert

Sip sip sob
One son only is all I ask
Forever yours he will be
Allow me hold him

Comb his hair
Sing him a song to sleep
Cuddle him in my arms
This pain is hard to bare

This mountain is steep
Help me.
A drunkard they see
Insignificance I hold

 Sip sip Sob
Robbed of my peace
Crushed is my spirit
Grant me only this

Sib sip sob
Hear my cry
Beloved father
Your daughter
Hannah.
