2:13 am

you have moved on
which isn’t a shock since it has been forever since we last spoke
you have probably forgot about me
I know I wish I could forget all the times you used to tell me how perfectly matched we are together
I wish I could forget your nose piercing and the dimples in your smile
I wish I could forget the softness of your tanned skin
and your old obsession with chamomile
I wish I could forget our last conversation because there is so much I would’ve done differently
Maybe you would still be around
I know it’s been two years and you have used that time to heal
to fully move on
but I took that time to realize what I truly lost
