Jubilee

Vision, clarity, direction,
Life gently weaves a web of wholeness,
and what the locusts have devoured
now, with courage gained in Christ,
from ruined harvests I depart.

Holding on to persons
taking things for granted,
halts the wheel of progress--
--rolling to unfold--
love, truth, abundant life.

There is a purpose, in that,
which God upholds and feeds,
increase, not lack
whereto His wisdom leads.
