Humanity

We got babies dying
Seniors being violated
Rights being stripped away
A world build on the devil's Greed
We got babies who ain't seeing their first birthdays
Vote for me they say
All good cops ain't bad cops
Serve and protect
Yet all we see is death
Welcome to the devil's advocate
The land of the free
Mind manipulation
Betrayers
Good
Verses
Evil
Even those who pretend to be good do evil
Total destruction
Unknown homicides
Souls are being sold
Killing for gold
The priceless meaning of life
Taken over by parasites
Vacant lots
Abandoned towns
City officials fighting over greed and power
Yet they praising to the highest power
Parents  killing their own seeds
Poisoning the roots of society
Streets overcrowded with homelessness
This ain't about race or religion
The compassion for humanity
Neighborhoods where the kids ran free
Now covered by gunshots and bloodshed
Locked doors
Peeking out windows
Wondering where the automatic rounds coming from
Mass murder rates
School shootings
Human lives vanishing
Towns becoming like an old western movie when stand offs occur
The everyday life of survival
The judgemental ways of society
The dark days as risen
Even as the sun continues to shine another day
The addiction to the devil's game
Fame and attention
The addiction of material things
No more looking out for thy neighbors
Because thy neighbor could be the next serial killer
