An Addicts' Journey

A pain of an Addicts' wounds are very deep but as an addict it is what we reap we become irrational with our life living each day and misery strife if we can stay clean one day at a time there be less abuse violence and crime An addict carries a lot of hurt and pain but God can put Sunshine where there once was rain for us to be free from drugs worthless road and to give up jail's ways of being lonely and cold I often wondered how this could be me surrounded by razor wires and fence no longer free I should be thankful that I'm not dead but in jail I wound up instead the drugs will always  lead to an end cause you to lose everything even a friend if I had of known what drugs were about I know I never took that route I pray every night for an attic gone astray that they will see there is a better way!
