a homeless dove
I wish I could be that guy
who holds your hand to grasp in your pain
I wish I could be the one
who sees you smiling all the times
to whom you send every picture of yours
I wish I was that lucky person
who is not just a person
but god's favorite human
I wish I could have you
in all of my life and after its breath
from the beginning till the universe's death
from the equation that rises through math
till the equality that relieves a breath
I wish I could have you
chaos rising from the screams
being with you they end in tranquility
irony hiding from poetic streams
feels like the aftermath of serendipity
stupidity or sanity, liquidity or solidity
feels comfortable to me being with you
my limerence, turned into a deep love
how could someone be so clueless
the love that flew away as a little white dove
that dove still flies overseas homeless
I wish I could be that guy who writes
and recites the poem directly to you
I wish I could be that guy who sleeps
sleeps peacefully and dreams of being with you
without the poems of grief, in his head!
About this poem
the poem tells about how the poet failed to confess his love and also the beloved had no clue that she was the subject of every poem the poet writes. he always tried to find her home in his beloved but always failed and wept in the nights. he always felt free around her and the world was so beautiful, but now he screams on paper for the love he couldn't get. he now wants to be the guy who she loves and is with her during her life.
