Fine tea, you bet.

Douglas Blair 1951 (London)

Tangerine tea steaming.
Enjoying one here
Two AM writing on
The Ipad.
First enjoyed this brand.
At a delightful breakfast outing.
Korner Kitchen.
They made it through COVID
FOOLERY.
CRAZY reductions in seating max.
Damned blue masks all around.
Eliminating faces.
Owner at the front desk
Stressed beyond measure.
Looking at the books
Teary eyed.
Struggling over layoffs.
Decent staff.
Apartment rents.
Kids to feed.
Fuel for the car.
Stylish makeup and attire.
Getting to work, maybe.
Now one so smartly coiffed
And eyes well enhanced.
Told us to try the Tangerine.
After eggs, potatoes, toast
and bacon/sausage.
She worked one large
Corner of the place.
Hiking, carrying, smiling, dodging bodies.
Helping with the payment device.
A large contributor
With charm. A princess.
Who was up for my joking.
And small talk.
Hilary and I noted her friendliness.
We would return.
And enjoy again.
