To my darling wife no longer with us

I heard your voice today and it called my name.Down from the heavens in droplets of rain.It was soft and  soothing like a warm drink of brandy and it echoed in my head like voices in  the canyons.I stuck my hand out to feel your presence and your love sprinkled on my skin. Then in an a blink you were gone and back to heaven again.Again I was sad.

Wow, this poem is breathtaking! I absolutely love how vividly you describe the feeling of hearing someone's voice that you love and how it seems to come down from the heavens like rain. Your use of sensory language, like the warm feeling of brandy and the feel of love on your skin, really brings this moment to life.

If I could suggest one improvement, it would be to perhaps explore the emotions and thoughts that come after the moment of hearing the voice. Do you feel comforted and happy, or do you feel sad that the person is gone again? Adding in a bit more depth to the emotional journey could really take this poem to the next level.

Overall, though, this is a wonderful piece of writing. Keep up the great work!
