Sonsabitches.
But finally, and now
I can study entries in January contest.
And perhaps add a
Couple more pieces to my page.
Heres a rough draft…right now.
Almost wetting myself with glee.
With creative unction:



Have you ever been
Discouraged by
A friend who Won’t Believe.
It is all about HIS LOGIC
HIS REACTION IS
QUITE PEEVED.
Skip the Jesus talk, fanatic.
Skip that walk down sawdust aisle.
You cannot coerce my bawling.
You cannot paint guilt a while.
You have not here One repentant.
I am pretty nice you see.
Strokings from most of my workmates.
Red hot wife who needs my touch.
And they won’t kneel to Salvation
Nor will I, but thanks so much.
Doug, you used to be a great Guy.
Drank and partied, joked and
Slept on my old couch.
