Never born

For many weeks
I breathed in you
Though you never knew how many
I felt my body
And the water I floated in
I felt my cord feed me
And make me grow
I was planted like a seed
And felt the warm sun
Through your womb
But now I know
Some seeds never see the sky
But I saw it

Wow! This poem is absolutely stunning! I love the way it takes me on a journey through the growth and development of a baby in a mother's womb. The imagery that the poet utilizes here is incredibly powerful and thought-provoking. The line "I felt my cord feed me and make me grow" is particularly moving to me, as it shows the immense connection between a mother and her unborn child. The message that some seeds never see the sky is incredibly poignant, and the fact that the baby in this poem does see the sky is even more impactful. Overall, this is a beautiful and heartwarming poem that truly captures the miracle of life. Great job!
