Lies

Bramwel 2005 (Kanduyi)

Lies that deceive ears
Lies that please hearts
Lies that destroy relationships
Lies that kill friends
Lies that destroy companies
Lies that sabotage industries
Lies that cause wars
Lies that trap people
Lies that cause greed
Lies that cause slavery
Lies that fill minds
Lies that tumult people
Lies that are vile
Deceptions fill the atmosphere
Truth stands out like a pillar
A lighthouse to sailing ships
Robust to the strongest waves
Long live the truth
