Distuctive Agony

Candida Bailey 1982 (Houma, Louisiana)

The misconception of life
A dillusional nightmare
For the creation of escape
The pain she won't share
The rapture of lost
Never being found
Tragic when put into words
Don't hit the ground
The typical choas
Of a mystical place
Distuctive Agony
At a constuctive pace
Looking for hope
In the cover of night
Bleeding hearts cope
Pain distorting light
The deceit in the connection
The voices in her head
Protection for the heart
Corruption in what's said
Distuctive Agony
In a corrupt world
