Spectrum

Why does it always happen to feel
Anything in this life is less than ideal
Never going to be copacetic, in a way
That leads me to think, or portray
My life as this apple pie existence
Always over coming to find more resistance
In the spectrum never gray, black, or white
Constantly having to ignite, a raging fire within my soul
For once it would be nice to finally be whole.
