Here And Now

I leave behind mere
flesh, bone and skin
I envelope the earth and
draw it all in...

Now my song makes
the sun and stars dazzle
Now my breath makes
the forests sway
I have shed my name
I have dropped my gender
I am - all that there is- today!

As they explore, explode in
                 cranny  and nook
I cradle every pleasure and     
                                      pain
I stoke all fires, calm each
                                     storm
I fall, I rise with each loss
                             and gain

I vibrate, resonate in cell
                           and pore
I reach out, embrace that
               innermost  core
As the moment percolates
        through and through
You become Me...
I become You...
