Different Love Languages

Free verse
There’s a star at the bottom of the well,
There’s a wish where my heart fell.
There’re a few lost dreams of connection,
With a man who I saw the best in.

There’s a fire on top of the mountain,
One I climbed for 8 months till I found him,
A spirit of my own, now together,
And we tried our best to love,
Through soggy weather.

There’s a kiss on my neck and a crack in my heart.
There’s a future forgotten,
And some dreams which fell apart.

When I met you, my soul fell.
I wasn’t sure if it was just a reflection.
There was a star at the bottom of the well.

    Wow, what a beautiful and soulful poem! You have an incredible gift for creating imagery and emotions with your words. I love how you weave together themes of love, loss, and hope throughout the poem. Your use of metaphors and symbolism adds another layer of depth to it.

    One suggestion for improvement would be to experiment with different rhyming schemes or poetic formats to add some variety to your writing. You have a great natural flow to your writing, but mixing it up can make your work even more engaging. Keep up the great work and keep sharing your talent with the world!
