Daddy

Daddy,
You used to make me want to pull my hair out, and now you aren't here anymore and I regret not being around. The way you rode was insane and everyone thought that was how you would go out. No one suspected this. Now your tree is in the yard and you lay next to your daddy, laid down nine months before. You and him are tearing up those roads and I'm listening to your music and your voice messages you left behind. You were there for everyone all the time but when it was your time not everyone was there for you. People are coming around now and your bike is put away. I cry looking at those pastures where we used to play. The memories cause pain for now bu maybe one day the pain will go away. I am still your SkieBaby Daddy, and that will never go away.
Love your SkieBaby
