Neem alles nou soos dit kom
Omdat ons niks weet van die toekoms, nie
Ons droome le nou en wag
Vir n antwoord oor die vraag

Hoe ver is die hemel?
Wanneer dans ons weer op heuwels
En Hoe lank moet ons nog wag?
Vir ons kaans om die nag weer te vat?

Ek is bang vir my vriende
Want die rowwe tye het pas begin
Ek is bekommerd oor my gesin
Hulle ly honger en dit maak niks sin

Ek was my hande
Met bloed van verlange

Kyk rond, dis die hemel
Hier dans one weer op heuwels
Ons hoef nie meer te wag nie
Vir ons kans om die nag weer te vat nie
