Oh boy

Trent Miller 1994 (Tulsa)

Mire, the drugged up mushy
Till I feel my goal was to push it
Simply enough,
I thought my life was Simplified,
misty mind
Until I laughed and kicked it all back home
Just because it lost the metronome
It swam, I swam, it swam
Like god damned unannounced fried spam
Cackling in laughter at spackling splatter
Covering up a recovering of “nothing really matters”
Can we agree that it may seem like “nothing really matters”
Is that something that we can see? “Nothing really matters”
Until we stop and cry
Holy fucking why
Everything here matters
