Betrayal

Riane Graham 1990 (Illinois)

I would of loved a happy ending
But instead all I got was betrayed
From someone that told me they loved me
And I was their everything

Turned into lies and remorse
Was I just an act?
Was it fun to play these games with my heart.
To play the part?

From a fairytale to a nightmare
Will this feeling ever end..
When can we start again..

I would of gave you everything,
Indeed I did.. a home, love, even memories for a lifetime
But that isn’t enough..
For someone that feels stuck
