Damned if one,
Should choose...
What is the right thing to do.
And still damned if one,
Chooses from past experiences...
What has been done to be shown disrespect.
Either way,
The one who does to do...
Done to refuse this again to be abuse.
With a getting to expect,
Being disrespected.
Will still be blamed to claim,
A doing done to do it...
Had been for attention and nothing else,
To receive that feeds one's selfish wish...
Needed to please an ego.
Seeking ways to keep satisfied!
Even if one does nothing to do to prove,
Their peace of mind to stay as is...
Stays as is.
Away to protect,
From petty nonsense.
And quick to identify ongoing B.S.
Is not digestible to volunteer for more of it!
To nibble.
Chew or spew it out and about with others.
Others seeking to damn,
Anyone to backbite, backstab and demean.
You know...
Just for the enjoyment from it they get.
When there are much better ways to display,
The act of encouragement!
