I saw seven men with seven wives
ate a a table, talk of their lives
seven days of treasure
seven weeks of pleasure
seven months of gold
seven years unfold
seven wives tried their best
seven children wept at their breast
seven swords rise as one
seven wives cry at what was done
seven children weep no more
seven heads hit the floor
seven men drink their fill
seven wives stare blankly at the kill
And when there was no more gin
